House Rules

Dear Guests! Welcome to our guest house! Our goal is to ensure a peaceful and pleasant stay for everyone, therefore we kindly ask you to follow the house rules below.

Check-in and Check-out

• The accommodation is available from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival.
• On the day of departure, please vacate the guest house by 10:30 AM.
• Different times are possible with prior arrangement.
• If you end your stay earlier than the booked period, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund.

There is currently no tourism tax in Csomád.

Guests

• Only registered guests may stay in the guest house.
• Receiving visitors is only permitted with prior arrangement.
• The guest house comfortably accommodates 8 + 1 people. If the booking is for fewer guests, some rooms may not be opened.

Quiet Hours

• Please observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• Loud music and noisy activities are not permitted.
• Events and parties are permitted with prior arrangement.

Smoking

• Smoking is prohibited inside the guest house.
• Smoking is only allowed in the designated outdoor area.

Child-Friendly Equipment

Our guest house is family-friendly. The following items are available free of charge:

• High chair
• Travel cot
• Baby bath

Kitchen Use

Our guest house has a well-equipped kitchen. Available for guests:

• Nespresso coffee machine
• Electric kettle
• Microwave
• Pots, cutlery, and glasses

Please use kitchen equipment properly and keep it clean.

Technical Equipment

• A projector is also available for guests.

Please use all technical equipment according to instructions and responsibly. Any damage costs will be charged to the guest.

Dog-Friendly Accommodation

Our guest house is dog-friendly, however please note:

• Dogs are not allowed on the upper floor
• Please maintain cleanliness and order
• Any damage costs will be charged to the guest

Services and Cleaning

The accommodation fee includes:

• Utility and overhead costs
• Bedding with covers
• 2 towels per guest
• Cleaning after departure
• Coffee and tea selection

For stays longer than 7 nights, upon request we provide:

• Clean bedding
• Clean towels
• One interim cleaning

Please let us know about these needs at the latest upon arrival.

Bicycle Use

• We provide bicycles for our guests, which everyone uses at their own risk.
• Please inspect the bicycle before use; if you notice any issues, let us know. The user is responsible for any damage caused during use.

Cleanliness and Maintenance

• Please use the guest house as intended.
• Report any damage or defects immediately.
• Collect rubbish in the designated area.
• Upon departure, please leave dishes washed and the accommodation tidy.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused.

Safety

• Open flame use is only permitted with extreme caution.
• Grilling/fire-making is only possible in the designated area.
• Please turn off electrical devices when leaving.
• In case of fire, you will find a fire extinguisher in the upper open section of the kitchen cabinet. Please begin extinguishing immediately and call the fire department at 105, then contact us!
• Garden tools and fire-making equipment are located on the right side of the house. Please do not touch these for your own safety.
• The metal and wooden sheds are locked.

Parking

Parking is available in the yard under the covered carport and in front of the gate.

Internet

Wi-Fi is free of charge.

Keys

• The gate is opened with a key. If lost, the replacement cost will be charged to the guest.
• Entry to the house is by code, which is provided together with the gate key.

Booking and Payment

Please express your booking intent via email. We will confirm available dates by email. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact us by phone.

• A 30% deposit is due after booking
• For arrivals within 1 month, the deposit is due within 3 days
• The deposit is payable by bank transfer (details included in the confirmation)

Cancellation:

• More than 14 days before arrival: free
• Within 14 days: the deposit is non-refundable (serves as a reservation fee)

Other

• Please report any problems to us immediately.
• Failure to comply with the house rules may result in termination of the booking.
